Payment

We and Hoseasons recommend you take holiday insurance cover.

The owners accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to guests and/or their belongings or for damage to any motor vehicle or contents. Any damage or breakages while staying in a lodge are your responsibility and we reserve the right to make an appropriate charge for any damage. Minor breakages are not usually charged but please inform us as soon as possible so that they can be replaced. We have gone to considerable effort to make your lodge as immaculate and comfortable as possible and we expect all our guests to respect our properties and leave them in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

To maintain this comfort you must vacate no later than 9:30am on your
day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our next guests. Arrival is from 4:30pm. 

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in and around any of the lodges for many safety reasons. If you feel you cannot comply with this request we would respectfully suggest this is not the holiday venue for you, as you and your party will be asked to vacate the premises if any evidence of smoking is found.

There is a £100 cash security deposit due on arrival. You will be given a receipt and your money returned the day of departure, provided no damage has been done.
